About Bijnor's Leading Biodiesel Manufacturer
Shree Ganpati Biofuel Private Limited is a renewable energy company based in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh dedicated to sustainable and environmentally responsible fuel solutions. We are establishing a 50 KLPD biodiesel plant in Bijnor, utilising tallow and used cooking oil (UCO) to convert waste into high-quality clean fuel. Our business is driven by a circular economy approach, supporting fuel blending requirements while aligning with India's goals of reducing emissions and dependence on fossil fuels.
As a proud division of Namberdar Bio Fuels Limited India's premier biodiesel group we bring the backing of an established brand, proven technology, and deep market relationships to Bijnor's growing clean energy sector.
What we do. Why it matters.
Biodiesel is a renewable, biodegradable fuel produced from used cooking oil, animal fats, and non-edible vegetable oils through transesterification. It reduces CO2 emissions by up to 78%, works in all diesel engines without modification, and supports India's National Biofuel Policy blending targets
DPIIT-recognised startup. 50 KLPD production capacity. Division of Namberdar Bio Fuels Limited (India's leading biodiesel group). 100% renewable feedstock. Waste-to-fuel circular economy model. Government-aligned biodiesel production
We are committed to environmental responsibility, operational excellence, and local economic development in the Bijnor region. Our circular economy approach creates jobs, reduces waste, and supports clean energy adoption across Uttar Pradesh.
Lower emissions with waste-based biodiesel.
Renewable feedstock powered by a circular model.
Compatible with diesel engines, no modifications needed.
Our Products
A renewable, BIS-certified fuel produced through transesterification. Reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 78% versus conventional diesel. Compatible with all unmodified diesel engines. Supplied in bulk to OMCs and industrial buyers.
An 80%+ purity by-product of our biodiesel production, supplied in bulk to animal feed, pharmaceutical, chemical, and textile industries.
Derived as a co-product during biodiesel manufacturing. Used in production of soaps, detergents, cosmetics, and can be reprocessed in the biodiesel cycle.
Key participant in India's National Biofuel Policy 2018 blending targets. Supporting the government's goal of 20% biodiesel blending and increased biodiesel adoption. Our production capacity directly contributes to national energy security objectives.
Recognised by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) in the Renewable Energy Industry sector.
Converting used cooking oil and animal fats into high-quality biodiesel reducing waste, cutting emissions, and supporting India's self-reliance in the energy sector
How It Works
A streamlined, end-to-end biodiesel production system transforming used oils and fats into high-quality, certified renewable fuel.

Used cooking oil (UCO) and animal fats are sourced from verified suppliers across Uttar Pradesh and nearby regions ensuring 100% renewable input.

Raw materials are filtered, de-watered, and treated via esterification to remove impurities and reduce free fatty acids (FFA).

The treated feedstock undergoes transesterification, converting it into biodiesel while separating glycerol as a by-product.

Biodiesel is purified, washed, and dried to meet quality standards, then stored, packaged, and dispatched to customers across India.
Frequently Asked Questions
Empowering sustainable growth using cutting-edge technology and expert execution, delivering innovative efficiently
Biodiesel is a renewable, biodegradable liquid fuel produced through transesterification of used cooking oil and animal fats (tallow) with methanol. In its pure form (B100), it can be used directly in diesel engines or blended at B5, B10, or B20 ratios. It is compatible with all existing diesel engines without modification.
No. Biodiesel in all blends from B5 to B100 is fully compatible with compression ignition diesel engines without any modification. It actually improves lubricity and reduces wear on fuel pump components and injectors compared to conventional diesel.
All biodiesel meets IS 1460:2017 and BIS 15607:2022 standards for automotive fuels. Full batch documentation is provided with every consignment.
