We are establishing a 50 KLPD biodiesel plant in Bijnor, utilising tallow and used cooking oil (UCO) to convert waste into high-quality clean fuel. Biodiesel is a renewable, biodegradable fuel produced from used cooking oil, animal fats, and non-edible vegetable oils through transesterification. What is Biodiesel?

Biodiesel is a renewable, biodegradable liquid fuel produced through transesterification of used cooking oil and animal fats (tallow) with methanol. In its pure form (B100), it can be used directly in diesel engines or blended at B5, B10, or B20 ratios. It is compatible with all existing diesel engines without modification.

Do I need to modify my diesel engine to use Biodiesel?

No. Biodiesel in all blends from B5 to B100 is fully compatible with compression ignition diesel engines without any modification. It actually improves lubricity and reduces wear on fuel pump components and injectors compared to conventional diesel.

What quality standards does your Biodiesel meet?

All biodiesel meets IS 1460:2017 and BIS 15607:2022 standards for automotive fuels. Full batch documentation is provided with every consignment.
